You can import your own subtitle files when ordering:
- automatic subtitles

Import subtitles
Auto
- Select the original language and the language of the subtitles
- On the Add Subtitles window, select Import Subtitle File
- Then click on the box to insert your file. It must meet the specified formats in order to be accepted by our platform
- A download bar with your file name appears. Once to 100% you can press the red button at the bottom right " Confirm"
- You can delete your imported file by clicking on the cross on the right
Studio
- Select the original language and the language of the subtitles
- Check "Order to the studio "
- Then drop your file in the box
- A download bar with your file name appears. Once to 100% you can press the red button at the bottom right " confirm"
- You can delete your imported file by clicking on the cross on the right
Accepted Subtitle formats
Auto
Only srt, .ass, .ssa, .vtt, .ttml, et .stl are accepted
Note : Sometimes, you may have the right format but the subtitles have not been correctly generated This is how srt files are built :
- A numeric counter identifying each sequential subtitle
- The time ( hours:minutes:seconds,
milliseconds ) that the subtitle should appear on the screen, followed by -->
and the time it should disappear - Subtitle text itself on one or more lines
- A blank line containing no text, indicating the end of this subtitle

The studio accepts standard subtitle formats as well as . doc, . docx and . xls files
