Once the studio has finished processing your project, you will receive a link allowing you to see the rendering of your video in SD ( low quality ). Your video will therefore be in "Waiting for my approval".
On the platform
-Open an "Awaiting my approval" project
-Click on "Request edits"
-Click on "+New edit"
-Indicate the timecode of the edit
-Insert your text on the edit box
-Add files from your computer then send your edits
Your video will move from "awaiting approval" to "Ready to process". A new version of your video will be delivered within 48H.
As long as your video is in "Ready to Process" status, you are still able to make edits
However, if your changes have not been respected, please write to postproduction at postproduction@cenareo.com
Edit an approved video
Once your video has been approved, you cannot request new edits directly from the studio. However, and from the platform, you can :
- Create a new project
- With the same name, reference and "updated" mention
- Upload the SD version on your new project
- In "Useful information for the editor", insert the edits to be made.
