Why I cannot finalize my automated project ?

You may encounter some issues while creating your automated project : Rest assured, below some verifications you can do, solutions and answers to your questions!

I cannot see a project : 

• Check if you have filters on your projects' list
• Check if you are on the right account
• Check with your customer success Manager or the Support

An error occurs when previewing my project / I cannot export my project :

Does your editing cut before you finish? An error occurs and it is not clear enough?

Here are some tips that can help:

• Check your internet connection.
• Check if all of you files work well
• Refresh the platform web page with your project and retry

I cannot approve my project : 

If your auto video projects are subject to a validation process, and you do not appear on the validation steps, you will not be able to validate your project on your own.

For that, we kindly invite to get back to your Customer Success Manager if needed.
