Who can use the platform ?
The functionality you have depends on your type of license and the options you have subscribed to as well as the permissions set by your account administrator within your company. For more information, please contact him or your Customer Success Manager.
Warning: if you have a trial account with 3 free videos, your access to the platform will be very restricted and you will be invited to contact Easymovie.
From the platform and depending on your account configuration, you will be able to :
Standard User :
- Monitor projects progress
Premium User :

Account administrator
- Manage user permissions for your company account

I. You are a standard User :
1. Home page
- Search : you can access a video by typing its number
- Dashboard : Monitor projects progress
- Projects : you can access your projects
- Support : opens a window allowing you to send a message to EasyMovie Support by filling in the subject and a description. You can attach a file to your request
2. Drop-Down menu
- My profile : allows you to modify your email, to configure notifications as well as to change your password
- Log out : to log out from the platform
II. You are an account Administrator :
By being an account administrator, you have access to additional functionality. The base of your interface will be the same as that of a standard user but it will have additional tabs.
From top to bottom (only the tabs specific to the account administrator are explained here, please refer to the paragraph below for the others).
- Search a video
- Dashboard
- Projects : Listing of all projects on the account
- Templates : allows you to create, edit and manage your auto/studio templates
- Charters : allows you to create, edit and manage your auto/studio charters
- Account : allows you to manage and configure your account
