If your are not able to make your screen recording clips on the platform, this might be du to permission issues in your computer settings and whether or not it is allowed to share your screen.
Please note that this issue is generally visible in Mac computers.
If so, please follow the next steps to solve this issue.
- Open the tab " System Preferences" then click on "Security and Privacy" on your computer.
- Check if the "Screen recording" button is activated on you web browser.
- In case the button is already activated, please deactivate it and then reactivate it again.
- This will normally solve the issue.
