The EasyMovie Salesforce package allows you to add videos to your different Salesforce objects, like Opportunities or Accounts.
Before letting your Salesforce users create videos on your org, you have to manually configure the EasyMovie templates to make them available on Salesforce.
Your users will then be able to create a new video from scratch or add an existing video already created using EasyMovie.
This feature is only available for users having the permission set “Easymovie Standard User” and for all “Easymovie Admin User”.
How to create a new video from scratch
- Go to the record you want to modify, for instance an Opportunity, and click on the EasyMovie button.
- Select “Create a new video with EasyMovie", and click “Next”:
- Choose the template you want to use, and click "Next":
- This will open up the desired template page on the EasyMovie web platform. Click then on “Create a project” on the top right of your screen:
- Name your project, then film your video sequences and finish your project.
- If you need more information on the video creation workflow on EasyMovie, the full video tutorial on automated video creation on the EasyMovie platform is available here.
