You may encounter some issues while creating your automated project : Rest assured, below some verifications you can do, solutions and answers to your questions!
I cannot see a project :
In auto mode, only projects created with your account, on the mobile app or on the EasyMovie platform, are accessible.
If you want to access your projects with another account and on a smartphone, it will only be visible to you once the project is full synched (all the projet's frames are tagged with a double green check).
Editing stops before it ends / I cannot export my project :
Does your editing cut before you finish? An error occurs and it is not clear enough?
Here are some tips that can help:
- Check your internet connection.
- Check that you are on the latest version of the app (via the store).
- Do not move the app on the background
- Refresh the platform web page with your project and retry
I cannot approve my project :
If your auto video projects are subject to a validation process, and you do not appear on the validation steps, you will not be able to validate your project on your own.
For that, we kindly invite to get back to your Customer Success Manager if needed.
