You cannot shoot or you have a problem while capturing. Here are some tips to help you solve that:
On the Mobile App:
- Check if you have authorized the application to access your camera (in the settings of your phone).
- Check that your phone's camera is working correctly (via the native application).
- Check that the EasyMovie app has the permissions to your camera, microphone and media & storage.
On the Web Platform:
- Check that your web browser has access to your camera and microphone.
- Check that the platform has access to your camera and microphone.
- Check that your camera or camera app is well set.
- Refresh the page of the EasyMovie platform that you are on.
