At EasyMovie, we firmly believe that creating high-quality video content should be accessible to any employee within an organization, and that you should not need any technical capacity to master it.
This is why we've implemented framing guides allowing users to ensure that their framing is right, without having to think about it!
Access framing guides from your templates?
Go to your template from the EasyMovie platform. On the "Files and framing" part and by clicking on "Define framing", you will be able to set the positions from the frames of the template.
Once saved, this setup will be applied on the appearance of the silhouette on the users captation screen.
With this feature admins will be able to better guide their users during framing.
How to access framing guides on my mobile app?
After selecting your template and launching video recording with the "add video" > "shoot video" button, you'll be able to access several guides to help you shoot your clip in the best possible conditions.
Click on the "grid" icon on the right side of the screen: you will see several buttons representing all possible framing types (close-up, American framing,...)
From the top of the screen, you may choose the position of your silhouette (left/center/right). We recommend you adapt this position to your texts position: make sure that your keywords, or speaker info, do not overlap your speaker.
Additional information: Framing guides are only available for projects in landscape orientation.
Happy filming!
