I don't see a button to share video
Is the Share button grayed out? Your account may be configured in such a way that sharing is not possible according to the parameters that have been defined upstream between your company’s account administrator and your customer success manager.

The sharing link does not work ?
The people you shared your video with via the sharing link can’t see it?
Check that your web browsers and those of your collaborators (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox ...) are up to date.
Note: Always choose Google Chrome when using the platform.
