You have just created a template on the platform but you do not find it on the platform.This can be explained in several ways:
The app was already open on your mobile while you were creating the template on the platform.To see it in your list, go back to the page Choose a template and refresh the page by scrolling down
To display a template in English in the application, the language of your phone must also be in English.
For any other language, your phone must be in English ( except french)
You forgot to activate the template when it was created, if so, just go back to the platform, go to the "Activated ?"tab of your template and check the Enabled box? which is at the very top. It should turn to green
Your template is activated but you still don’t see it in the app?Go back to the platform and turn it off then on. Once on the application, refresh the templates page.
