The graphic charter or notebook of graphic standards is the video that the editors use to process all your videos. It is put in place by motion designers who are specialized in the adding animations and logos .. and supervised by an Artistic Director.
For effective video communication, the graphic charter must identify the company through the images and animations that will be included in the video and respect certain criteria (company colors, fonts ...)
The most important thing is to always stay within the graphic identity of the company.
The graphic charter set up is initially requested by the client. A strong graphic identity is necessary for visual communication.
It all starts with the company logo and its colors: colors must match your sector and also the values of your company. Then you have to choose the correct font. Some fonts can either be outdated or cumbersome ... Try to choose fonts that are easily read and adapted to your target.
However, the best advice comes from an Artistic Director who has the experience to ensure the perfect rendering.
Initially, the Artistic Director will ask you to send him all the graphic items which you have (color codes, logos, images ...) and will contact you afterwards to discuss your needs.
Once the idea is there, the project will be assigned to a motion designer who will set up your graphic charter according to your brief. Throughout the project will be supervised by the Artistic Director until the delivery of the final version for client approval.
