The graphical charter is a guide that includes the recommendations for use and the characteristics of the graphic elements (logos, colors, fonts, typos, symbols, layers..) which can be used on the company’s communication media.
The value of realizing a graphical charter is twofold:
- The graphic identity remains the same no matter the graphic achievements, so that the organization, project or company uses "one voice".
- The graphical chart allows the receiver to easily identify the transmitter and, usually if consistency is respected, to identify itself visually in the various graphics and within the same graphic support.
The graphical charter guarantees the homogeneity and consistency of visual communication within and outside the company.
